Introducing silk scarves ...


Let's take a cue from the French... they seem to remember just how special and chic a delicate silk or chiffon neck scarf  could be. I'm always inspired by their simple fashion rules and more importantly, I adore any 'lady- like' vintage style. Wide leg pants may be the current trend this spring, but I will forever be a fan of the skinny trouser. There's nothing more classic and chic than clean lines and a pleated front.

second time around...


 This gorgeous brocade, 60s frock was recently re-listed for sale in the store. I found this piece a few years ago, on a day trip to south Georgia. I imagine a garment like this was worn to the fanciest dinner parties, and met some of the most interesting people of it's time...
