Mr. Rugged and I have finally returned home yesterday, from our intensely fun trip (New York and Philadelphia)
On several occasions I've visit the city, yet never actually had time to explore all of its wonders. This time around we toured the entire big apple (every nook and cranny of Manhattan) and sampled some tasty food along the way. My thoughts on New York?... "well, for starters I have my own personal theory that New Yorkers are living swell" due to everyone's casualty of shopping and eating out on the regular. Seems like the place for me when I was in my early 20's... Here are a few snap shots from our trip.

factory girl...

I will be the first one to admit that I am very late, when it comes to watching movies...Factory Girl has been out for several years now and I finally decided to watch it recently for the first time. I can't believe that I let a huge gap of time pass by without having this movie in my life. I don't know about you, but I thought the film was absolutely brilliant. I'm unsure if Andy and Edie were portrayed in the most accurate light, however I did enjoy the overall project from the script right down to the mod wardrobe. Hmmm...I think I will now go out and purchase this movie for my private collection.

Year's later...I still get bummed that the HBO sitcom, Sex and the City is no longer part of my Sunday night routine. I remember having Sex & the City parties with girlfriends and purposely quoting witty lines from Carrie & the girls...Nevertheless, I mainly miss the innovative style of the cast & New York.
