Photo shoot day is coming up soon....The store will be updated with additional fabulous vintage handbags, coats, furs and estate jewelry. The update will be completed by Sunday evening...
I plan on doing a little shopping for myself during the weekend...followed by a quick gather with a few friends.

Dainty Shoes 4 Me and You

Today was another eventful day of work...which involved a shopping trip, photo shoot and preparing for class finals. I am a student at a local University for those who had no idea :) I'm studying psychology, which is hard work yet I find it to be extremely interesting and worth pursing. The estate sale was a continuation of the prior event last week. This worked in my favor because I was able to purchase additional merchandise that I did not have the opportunity to make. Also, a huge lot of shoes have been added to the shop! Did I mention that I'm absolutely in love and have been very tempted to keep a few pairs for myself!?! Prim and Proper....

I hope everyone is off to great start this week! Too bad I can't say the same for myself :( I have been terribly lazy and way to comfortable to accomplish anything today...except for mailing off the ton of orders we had over the weekend. As a matter of fact...with that being said...okay maybe I'm being way too hard on myself.

Also, a new section has been created and added to the shop today. The name?...'Prim and Proper'....which will feature RARE & LUXURIOUS estate items from the 1920s-1950s decades. The price points will begin at $124+. I find this to be very exciting and a new chapter for Mod Human! I hope you love the new inventory to come, just as much as I do :)

Satchels and Mini Messengers

I just listed two handbags in the shop.

One is a 1970s Capezio...which has a doctor satchel shape and removable shoulder strap. The other handbag is a gorgeous slate grey leather, mini messenger...which can be worn across the body. Both handbags are superb and are perfect for everyday wear and the Fall months to come.

Global warming is definitely kicking our butt right now....this just might be the hottest summer in history!

Usually I'm enjoying the warm weather on the golf course or at the beach, but lately it seems like all I want to do is stay inside my air conditioned casa :)

As for Mod Human news....I thought it would be a good idea to run the $9.99 Handbag Sale just a tad bit longer...and give all of my fellow lazy summer bums (like myself) a chance to participate in the sale.

I am absolutely 'in love' with Summer fashion...although ironically I hardly ever get the chance to purchase all the components I would deem to be perfect for an official summer wardrobe.

But, I guess it doesn't hurt to dream...
