I've been collecting Chloe' ad's for over a few years now, and with each new season campaign, they never cease to amaze me...I'm pondering on what exactly makes a Chloe' ad stunning...perhaps its a blend of different aspects (make up, location, photography).

It's amazing that in the 'fashion world' renowned designers are already showcasing their pre-fall 2010 collections. After previewing a few, I must say that Rachel Roy's collection is the far most impressive in my opinion. Exhibiting clean lines, mute yet elegant tones and the mix of drapery & military details...this collection is refined and perfect for the uptown/downtown woman.
Another aspect that blew me away, was just how refreshing yet retro inspired each individual look came across...call this a coincidence however I think she definitely got it right!

Dainty Shoes 4 Me and You

Today was another eventful day of work...which involved a shopping trip, photo shoot and preparing for class finals. I am a student at a local University for those who had no idea :) I'm studying psychology, which is hard work yet I find it to be extremely interesting and worth pursing. The estate sale was a continuation of the prior event last week. This worked in my favor because I was able to purchase additional merchandise that I did not have the opportunity to make. Also, a huge lot of shoes have been added to the shop! Did I mention that I'm absolutely in love and have been very tempted to keep a few pairs for myself!?! Saturday Morning Scout...

I hope everyone weekend is off to a wonderful start! Mine is surely going well. Today my mom and I managed to venture off to this huge estate sale in Atlanta, Georgia...earlier this morning.

It was absolutely F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S! There were items consisting of the 1920s era to the earlier 1970s. This particular lady, who hosted this private event, has collected tons of alligator handbags, eel skin clutches, Italian made shoes, marvelous designer wallets and hand beaded cardigans from as early as the 1920s! It was definitely an event any fashion lover would have enjoyed...but no worries...Mod Human will be adding the fabulous pieces we scored, to the shop over the next few days.

Lazy Sunday Afternoon...

It's a gloomy day on this side of the world...a great day to wrap up in a cozy blanket and watch movies....I'm thinking of checking out the Knowing...I heard it's pretty good..

Well, I just added another Mod Human favorite to the shop..in honor of 'gloomy days.' It's a 1970s Jordache Rain Coat! Very comfy, cozy and cute :) This one takes be back to my childhood...
